Transparency: We provide clear and comprehensive information about how we collect, use, store, and process your personal data. Our privacy policy is written in plain language and is easily accessible.
User Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. We provide easy-to-use tools to exercise these rights.
Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure data transmission, and regular security audits.
International Transfers: When we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate protection through appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Terms of Service

By using Sublyzer One, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform, SDKs, and all related services.
Responsible Use: You agree to use our platform and SDKs responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You will not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
Third-Party Policies: You must comply with all applicable third-party terms of service, including but not limited to Stripe's terms of service, when using our payment processing features.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Payment Terms: All payments are processed securely through Stripe in accordance with the agreed-upon pricing plans. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but you are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring proper backup of your data.
Technical Support: Technical support is provided according to your subscription plan. Support levels and response times vary based on the plan you have selected.
Aggregated Data Usage: Sublyzer reserves the right to use technical, performance, and security data in an aggregated and anonymized form (which does not identify individual users) for research purposes, service improvement, industry reports, and commercial partnerships with third parties.
Authorized Security Scanning: Sublyzer's vulnerability scanning, deep scan, and Strike API (including the RapidAPI distribution) are provided strictly for testing assets you own or are explicitly authorized in writing to test. You are solely responsible for obtaining such authorization. You must not scan, probe, or attack any system without permission. Unauthorized scanning may be illegal (e.g., under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the UK Computer Misuse Act, or equivalent laws) and will result in immediate termination and possible referral to authorities. You indemnify and hold Sublyzer harmless for any use of these features against systems you were not authorized to test.
API & Rate Limits: Access to the Sublyzer Strike API via RapidAPI is additionally governed by RapidAPI's terms and your selected plan's rate and usage limits. Automated resale, redistribution, or circumvention of rate limits is prohibited. API keys are personal to your account and must be kept confidential.
Open Source Software: Sublyzer publishes certain components as open source, including Sublyzer Snapshot (GitHub, npm). Your use of those components is governed by the license included in the respective repository, not by these Terms. The name "Sublyzer", the logos, and the hosted platform remain proprietary and are not granted under any open source license.
No Warranty: The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Automated fixes, patches, and scan results are provided for your review; you are responsible for verifying and approving any change before it is deployed to production.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sublyzer's total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Sublyzer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately; sections concerning data usage, liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your country of residence (including, where applicable, EU consumer protection rules).
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy (including Google OAuth)

This Privacy Policy clearly describes how Sublyzer One accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data obtained through OAuth 2.0, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google APIs Terms of Service.
Data Accessed (Google User Data)
We request the minimum scopes necessary for authentication:
  • openid, email, profile — we access your Google identifier, name, email, and (if available) profile picture.
We do not request data from Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any restricted scopes. If additional scopes are required in the future, we will update this policy and undergo re-verification.
Data Usage
  • Authentication and account creation: we use your Google ID, name, and email to sign you in and create your profile.
  • Basic account personalization and transactional communications (e.g., onboarding emails).
We do not sell or use Google data for personalized advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except when strictly necessary to provide the service (e.g., infrastructure providers) and always under agreements with data protection clauses.
Storage, Security, and Tokens
We securely store your Google identifier and email. If offline access is required, refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, with strictly limited access and key rotation. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, privilege separation, audit logs, and monitoring).
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share Google User Data with third parties except:
  • Service providers (infrastructure/security) to operate the product, under contracts with confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • Legal compliance when required by law or valid order from a competent authority.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
To request deletion: send an email to sublyzerone@gmail.com using the same email address associated with your account. We will also delete access/refresh tokens and disconnect the link to your Google Account.
Revoking Access
You can revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation, we will no longer be able to access your Google data; stored tokens will be invalidated/deleted.
